A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OFF-STREET PARKING
BOARD OF THE CITY OF MIAMI TO TAKE THE NECESSARY
STEPS PREPARATORY TO THE CITY ISSUING PARKING
FACILITIES REVENUE BONDS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA, INCLUDING THE EMPLOYMENT OF FINANCIAL
ADVISORS, BOND COUNSEL AND PARKING CONSULTANTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY

Section 1 The Off -Street Parking Board of the City of
Miami (the "Board") is hereby authorized to take the necessary steps
preparatory to the issuance by the City of Miami of Parking Facilities
Revenue Bonds of the City of Miami pursuant to Section 209 of Ordinance
No. 744, adopted on March 14, 1966., as amended, for the purpose of paying
