WHEREAS, the City Zoning Board and the Department of Public Works have recommended the acceptance of the plat; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Plat entitled "LITTLE HAVANA TRACT 'A'", being a resubdivision of "TRACT 1, WALTER-JOYCE SUBDIVISION", according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 66, at Page 146, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, together with Tract 2, "FIRST ADDITION TO WALTER-JOYCE SUBDIVISION", according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 81, at Page 20; and a subdiv:nsoiolof a portion of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Sect Township 54 South, Range 41 East, City of Miami, Dade County' Florida' which by reference is made a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein and the dedications as shown thereon together with all existing and future planting, trees and shrubberY on said ProPertY, to the perpetual use of the public, are hereby accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami, Florida.
