sidewalks, curb and gutters, storm drainage structures, and landscaping as more
fully described the tentative Plat No. 826-A and for which the budget is
detailed in a letter dated March 14, 1979 from the City of Miami addressed to
American Design and Development Corporation and signed by Mr. William E. Parker,
Assistant Director for the property known as Brickell Place, Phase II, 1901
Brickell Avenue, Dade County, Miami, Florida, have not been completed in
compliance with the applicable ordinance of the City of Miami, Florida within
one year after July 1, 1979, with the statement that the sum drawn under this
credit will be applied by the City only to the uncompleted Public Improvements
of Brickell Place Phase II, 1901 Brickell Avenue.
