E.-4 COURT HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4360 AND REMOVING ALL PENDING LIENS FOR THIS IMPROVEMENT NOT HEREBY CERTIFIED WHEREAS, the Commission of The City of Miami, Florida met on the 8th day of November, 1979, pursuant to due legal notice of said meeting under Section 56 of the City Charter, as amended, to receive all written objections to the confirmation of the preliminary assessment roll for the cost of N. E. 4 COURT HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4360 on the following streets: N. E. 4 Court from N. E. 54-58 Streets; N. E. 4 Court from N. E. 60-79 Streets. WHEREAS, no objections thereto by any person interested in, or affected by, said assessments were. sustained by the Commission, and said assessment roll appeared, in all respects, regular and in accordance with the requirements and provisions of the City Charter, as amended; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED. BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: "DOCUNIDIT INULh ITEM NO. Section 1. That the prima facie assessments, as apportioned and indicated on the preliminary assessment roll for N. E. 4 COURT HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4360 be, and they are hereby, in all things, confirmed and sustained against any and all lots or parcels of ground described therein. Section 2. That the sums and amounts assessed against each of the lots or parcels of ground in said preliminary assessment roll are less than the amount that CITY COMMISSION MEETING OF NOV3 19701 n� 79-t'7 rourraN ,,,�, Malt each of the said lots or parcels of ground is especially benefited by said improvement and that such amounts are in proportion to the special benefits that the property received. Section 3. That the total assessable cost of said N. E. 4 COURT HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4360 of $76,937.59 be, and the same is hereby, approved and confirmed. Section 4. That any pending lien in N. E. 4 COURT HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4360 for improvements not appearing in the preliminary assessment roll and not certified hereby be, and the same is hereby, canceled and removed. E. 4 COURT HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4360 - Resolution Confirming Assessment Roll NCF_��sur;Fa: (For Commission Meeting of November 8, 1979) If no objections are sustained, the Department of Public Works recommends the adoption of the attached resolution confirming the preliminary assessment roll for N..E.'4 COURT HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4 360 . Construction of N. E. 4 COURT HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-4360 has been completed, and the preliminary assessment roll for this improvement is ready to be presented to the Commission for confirmation. This improvement consisted of clearing and grading; excavation and filling; construction of a full -width asphaltic concrete pavement, consisting of limerock base material and asphalt binder and surface courses; concrete curb and gutter; drainage structures; landscaping;and ac- quisition of right of way. The improvements involved the following streets: N. E. 4 Court from N. E. 54-58 Streets; N. E. 4 Court from N. E. 60-79 Streets. A public hearing is scheduled for November 8, 1979 to hear .` objections to confirmation of the assessment roll. If no objections are sustained, it will be in order for the Commission to adopt the resolution confirming the assessment roll. A section has been included canceling and removing pending liens placed against properties not benefited by the improvement.
