Amendment No. 2 to Ordinance
No. 9000: Dade County
Community Schools Allocation
(1)
Resolution No. 79-698, adopted October 17, 1979, allocated $70,000 of
FY '79-80 Federal Revenue Sharing funds to Dade County Community Schools.
In addition, an amount of $24,439 was appropriated into the Leisure
Services budget for Dade County Community Schools by Ordinance No. 9000,
the Annual Appropriations Ordinance for fiscal year 1979-80.
Inasmuch as the funds would more appropriately be accounted for in Special
Programs and Accounts, the attached proposed ordinance transfers the $24,439
from the Leisure Services' '79-80 budget to Special Programs and Accounts,
Social Services Program, for a total Dade County Community Schools alloca-
tion of $94,439.
This ordinance has been prepared for the December 5, 1979, City Commission
meeting.
