That the prima facie assessments, as apportioned and indicated on the preliminary assessment roll for LE JEUNE GARDENS SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5315-C (centerline sewer) in LE JEUNE GARDENS SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5315-C (centerline sewer) be, and they are hereby, in all things, confirmed and sustained against any and all lots or parcels of ground described therein. Section 2. That the sums and amounts assessed against each of the lots or parcels of ground in said preliminary assessment roll are less than the amount that each of the said lots or parcels of ground is especially benefited by said improvement and that such amounts are in proportion to the special benefits that the property received. Section 3. That the total assessment cost of said LE JEUNE GARDENS SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-5315-C (centerline sewer) in LE JEUNE GARDENS SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5315-C (centerline sewer) in the amount of $302,L167.76 be, and the same is hereby, approved and confirmed. 11111! Construction of LE JEUNE GARDENS SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE- MENT SR-5315-C & S in LE JEUNE GARDENS SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5315-C & S has been completed, and the preliminary assessment roll for this improvement is ready to be presented to the Commission for confirma- tion. This improvement involves the area west of Le Jeune Road and north of N. W. 7 Street. A public hearing is scheduled for January 10, 1980 to hear objections to confirmation of the assessment roll. If no objections are sustained, it will be in order for the Commission to adopt the resolution confirming the assess- ment roll. A section has been included canceling and removing pending liens placed against properties not benefited by the im- provement.
