A RESOLUTION EXTENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-1094
(PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION ON
DECEMBER 15, ;.1976), BY EXTENDING THE REQUIRED.
TIME FOR REMOVAL OF TWO RESIDENTIAL HOUSES ON
THE PARKING LOT, AT THE TAURUS STEAKHOUSE, FOR
A PERIOD OF THREE `' YEARS.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 72-862 passed and adopted
December 28, 1972, granted a conditional use to permit Off -Street.
in conjunction with the Taurus Steak House; and
WHEREAS, one of the conditions for the conditional use was

On December 13, 1973, the City Commission adopted Resonation
73-965 amending the 'Conditional Use granted by Resolution
72-862, to permit off-street parking on Lots 4 and 5 Blocl< 1
ROYAL GARDENS (20-3), located at 3243-45 FranIc.11.n Avenue, in
conjunction with the Taurus Restaurant, by extending the required
time for removal of the two residential houses on said parking
lots for a period of three years.
On December 15, 1976, the City Commission adopted Resolution
76-1094 extndirig the required time for removal of the two
houses for a period of three years.
The current extension for this Condi.tional. Use will expire on
Decetttlper 1.5, 1979. A visual inspection of this site disclosed
that the two houses still remain on the site.
It is requested that this matter be brought before the City
Commission for their review at their meeting of December 27, 1979.

The current extension for this Conditional. Usewill expire on
December 15, 1979. Please inspect thisproperty and advise us
in writing` if the intent of the Resolutions is being met.
We have tentatively scheduled this item for the City Commission
meeting of December 27, 1979. Your prompt response will be
appreciated.

Resolution 72-862,.topermit off-street parking on the above site, in
conjunction with the Taurus Restaurant,; by extending the required time
for removal ofthe two residential houses on said parking lots for a
period of 3 years. On December .15,`"1976, the City Commission adopted
Resolution 76-1094 extending the required time for removal of the two
houses for a period of 3 years. This last extension has expired.
The City Commission, at its meeting of December 27, 1979, deferred this
review so that you, as the new owner, could be notified. It 'is requested
that you be present at this meeting.
