This requirement has not been previously bid. It is recomnlericied that the award be made and a resolution be passed accepting the most advantageous hid as received from Johnson Controls, Inc. for furnishing Air Conditioning Maintenance on a contract basis for one year at the Coconut Grove Exhibition Center at a total cost of $34,895.00.
