J. Constructors, Inc. for the total bid of the proposal, with a 1% combination bid reduction, is the lowest responsible bid and recommends that a contract be awarded to said firm; and WHEREAS, the Capital Improvements Appropriation Ordinance No. 9019, as amended, was adopted on November;8,' 1979, and monies are available for the proposed amount of the contract, project expense, and incidentals, from the account entitled "Highway G.O. Bond Funds" as set forth under Section II, Item C-1, of said ordinance; and -from the account entitled "Storm Sewer G.O. Bond Funds" as set forth under Section V, Item C-4, of said ordinance; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The March 31, 1980 bid of P..J. Constructors, Inc. in the proposed amount of $410,561.23 for the project entitled NORTH 59 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT in the NORTH 59 STREET HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4452 for the total bid of the proposal, with a 1% combination bid red n, based on unit prices, is hereby accepted at the p id'P•�t10�1� MEETING OF therein to cover the cost of said contract. Section 3. The additional amount of $32,576.24 is hereby allocated from the aforesaid fund to partially cover the cost of project expense. Section 4. The additional amount of $5,923.00 is hereby allocated from the aforesaid fund to partially cover the cost of such incidental items as advertising, testing, laboratories, and postage. Section 5. The amount of $114,409.47 is hereby allocated from the account entitled "Storm Sewer G.O. Bond Funds" to cover the cost of said contract. Section 6. The additional amount of $12,585.53 is hereby allocated from the aforesaid fund to partially cover the cost of project expense. Section 7. The additional amount of $2,288.00 is hereby allocated from the aforesaid fund to partially cover the cost of such incidental items as advertising,- testing laboratories, and postage. Section 8. The City Manager is hereby authorized to :enter into a contract on behalf of The City of Miami with P. J.
