(Bird Avenue) between (U.j.1) St,- to Road 5 and S.W. 39th Ave., We have been requested to trariz;fer all intcrcjt thereof to the State. Fuller regarding the preparation of the Right -of -'Way Map for that portion of S.W. 40 Street (Bird Road) which lies within the Miami City Limits and is being transferred into the Florida State Highway System, please be advised that the map is totally acceptable. We would appreciate it if you would forward the original executed mylar to our office together with a copy of the Resolution accepting this transfer. This would give us an opportunity to make additional mylars for our filing system and take care of the recording of the neaps in compliance with Section 337.29.
