Particularly on weekends, but accordinc* to plannincr fore- casts to become an everyday occurrence, all Dade and '!iami residents who use the cause�epy to reach the areas many outstand- in- facilities can lock forward to increasingly danr.erous delays entering and leaving the area. Until such time as solutions to the Rickenbacker traffic problems are in nlace, the 7TC requests a moratorium be established by the ^fate cf ?lorida. Dade County and the City of ".iar^.i on all ne%, or ad,?iticn.al facilities in the recreational area serviced by the causeway.
