A MOTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREE-
MENT WITH THE MIAMI DOLPHINS, LTD. PURSUANT TO A PRESENTATION FOR THE DISPENS
ING OF BEER IN THE ORANGE BOWL STADIUM MADE BY HARRY M. STEVENS INC., CONDI-
TIONED UPON THE MIAMI DOLPHINS PAYING $397,000 OR WHATEVER AMOUNT IS REQUIRED
(EVEN IF IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT PREVIOUSLY AGREED TO IN THE CONTRACT) FOR
THE EQUIPMENT NECESSARY FOR SUCH DISPENSING OF BEER; FURTHER STIPULATING THAT
THE MIAMI DOLPHINS BE HELD FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INSTALLATION AND SATIS-
FACTORY OPERATION OF SAID BEER DISPENSING SYSTEM TO THE SATISFACTION OF:
1) THE CONSUMERS AT THE ORANGE BOWL STADIUM; AND 2) THE CITY OF MZAMI; AND
FURTHER AGREEING THAT ANY NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS OR IMPROVEMENTS, INCLUDING
THE COMPLETE SUBSTITUTING OF THE SYSTEM, SHALL BE MADE TO SAID BEER DISPENS-
ING SYSTEM AT THE EXPENSE OF THE MIAMI DOLPHINS.

GOODNICK, CHAIRMAN OF THE N. E. AREA SUB-COUNCIL FOR COMPREHENSIVE CRIriE PRE-
VENTION PROGRAM AND REFERRING SAID RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE CITY ATTORNEY AND
THE CITY MANAGER SPECIFICALLY ADDRESSING FUTURE PROSECUTION OF PORNOGRAPHY ANI
PROSTITUTION PROBLEMS UNDER CIVIL. STATUTES, i.e., AS "PUBLIC NUISANCE"; AND
FiJRTHER DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER AND THE CITY ATTORNEY TO REPORT TO THE CITS
COMMISSION AT THE MEETING SCHEDULED FOR MAY 22, 1980.
A MOTION REQUESTING THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF METROPOLITAN DADE
COUNTI' TO RECONSIDER A PROJECT TO FACILITATE THE WIDENING OF RICKENBACKER
CAUSEWAY TO ALLEVIATE TRAFFIC CONGESTION.
A MOTION OF COMMEI~'DATION TO DR. MANUEL ANTONIO DE VARONA FOR HELPING THE
CUBAN COMMUNITY IN EXILE ACHIEVE THE HIGH DEGREE OF UNITY WHICH HAS BEEN
ACHIEVED AMONG THE CUBAN REFUGEES IN THTS COMMUNITY DURING THE PRESENT CRIB
A MOTION DECLARING "MAY 20TH" AS THE "DAY OF THE JUNTA PATRIOTICA CUBANA."
A MOTION THAT THE CITY OF MIAMI COMMISSION GO ON RECORD IN OFFICIALLY WELCOM-
ING THE CUBAN REFUGEES THAT ARE ARRIVING TO MIAMI AS WELL AS TO THOSE REFU-
GEES THAT SHALL ARRIVE IN THE FUTURE.
A MOTION DIRECTING THE CITY ADMINISTRATION TO STUDY THE PROBLEM OF FUNDING A
