conditional use as hereinafter set forth; and

of this natter has determined that the conditional use renuested
meets all the City's requirements for said use;

Isle, as per plan on file, with docks extending 165' into Biscavne
Bay; zoned R-5 (High Density Multinle) , be and the sane is herebv
granted, subject to the following conditions:
1. The hours of operation of rotor bogs shall he restricted
to 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight and in accord with the ritv's noise
ordinance;
2. All lighting fixtures on the narina shall be nointed
away from the mainland;

Be it resolved that the following residents of the Creek Club
Apartments, 1441 N.W. 19th Street, Miami, Florida, are strongly opposed
to the erection of 19 story high-rise apartments in the adjacent vicinity
and accordingly have signed this petition.
These structures will increase the pollution, traffic and shut out
the sunlight which we now enjoy. Further, these buildings will ultimately
become a blight in the area, as has occurred in other cities in the United
States and other municipalities around the world.
