CONDITIONS FOR APPROVAL OF TFITTATIVF, PLAT
NO. 1075 - "VFr1AC,n SUB".
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board at its meeting of
February 2.5, 1980, Item No. h(b), following and advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No. ZB 32-80 by a 4 to 2 vote recommending
approval of the official vacation and closure of the alleys bounded
b17 Northwest 17th Street and Northwest l9th Street and northwest
15th Avenue and Wa.�,,ner Creek; Northwest 18th Road between the
south r-o-w line of Northwest 19th Street and the north r-o-w line
of Northwest 17th Street; as *part of the conditions for arnroval
of Tentative Plat No. 1075 - 'VF.NACO Sl?B"; and
VITIEREAS, the Cite Commission deems it advisable and
in the best interest of the general welfare of the Cite of. Miami
and its inhabitants to zrant the vacation and closure as hereinafter
set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RFSOLVED BY THE CON7ATSSION
OF THE CITY OF MIMII, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the allevs bounded by Northwest 17th
Street and Northwest 19th Street and NorthT.,,est 15th Avenue and
Wagner Creek; Northwest 18th Road between the south r-o-w line
of Northwest 19th Street and the north r-o-w line of "Ior.thwest
17th Street; as part of the conditions for approval of Tentative
Plat No. 1075 - "VE^TACO SUP" be and the same are hereb"I closed,
vacated, abandoned and discontinued for public use.
