A RESOLUTION CLOSIi7G, VACATING, ABANDONING
AND DISCONTINUING THE PUBLIC USr OF HIGGS
STREET SOUTH OF THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LIMP
OF PERCIVAL AVENUE FOR A DISTANCE OF +144.20',
IN CONJUNCTION WITH TEIITATIV''; PLAT 1407.1052 -
'PERCIVAL GARDENS IST A.DD%'
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board at its Meeting of
April 7, 1980, Item No. 7, following an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No. ZB 58-80 by a 6 to 0 vote recommendine
the official closing, vacating, abandoning and discontinuing the
public use of Higgs Street south of the south right-of-wav line
of Percival Avenue for a distance of + 144.20', in conjunction
with Tentative Plat No.1052 - "PERCIVAL GARDFNS 1ST ADT)", and
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems advisable and in the
best interest of the genera?. wolfare of the Citv of Miami and
its inhabitants to grant the vacation and closure as hereinafter
set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Higgs Street south of the south right-of-wav
line of Percival Avenue for a distance of +144.20', in conjunction
with Tentative Plat No.1052 -"PERCIVAL GARDENS 1ST ADn", be and
the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned and discontinued
for public use.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7TH day of MAY , 1980.
