WHEREAS, the Miami 7oning Board, at its meetinp, of
February 25, 1980, Item No. 11, following; an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No. ZB 37-80 by a 6 to 0 vote recommending
approval of the official closin7, vacating and abandoning of that
portion of Northwest 8th Avenue lying hetween the westerly pro-
longation of the north right-of-way line of. northwest 19th Street
and the intersection of Northwest 3th Avenue with the South
property line of "Tract A.". WVST DUNBAR SCHOOL. SITE. (75-87); in
conjunction with Tentative Plat No. 1069 - FIRST AW)ITION TO
WEST DUNBAR SCHOOL SITE"; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it advisable and
in the best interest of the general welfare of the Cite of Miami
and its inhabitants to grant the vacation and closure as hereinafter
set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMJ1rJSSIOPI OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That portion of Northwest 3th Avenue
lying between the westerly, prolongation of the north right-of-way
line of Northwest 19th Street and the intersection of Northwest
8th Avenue with the South nronerty line of. "Tract A", WEST P-UNBAR
SCHOOL SITE (75-87); in conjunction with Tentative Plat No. 1069 -
"FIRST ADDITION TO WEST h[TNBAR SCHOOL SITE", he and the same is
hereby closed, vacated and abandoned and discontinued for public

Gentlemen:
The Miami Zoning Board. at its meeting of February 25, 1980, Item #11,
following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No. ZB 37-80 by
a 6 to 0 vote RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of the Official Vacation and Closure
of that portion of N.A. 8th Avenue lying between the westerly pro-
longation of the north right-of-way line of N.W. 19th Street and the
intersection of N.W. 8th Avenue with the South property line of "Tract
A,-, WEST DUNBA R SCHOOI. SITE (75-87); in conjunction with Tentative Plat
#1069 - "FIRST ADDITION TO WEST DUNBAR SCHOOL SITE".
Two proponents present at meeting. No objectors.
A RESOLUTION to provide for this Street Closure has been prepared by
the City Attorneys' office and submitted for consideration of the
City Commission.
