Change of Zoning Classification of the area
bounded by N W. 17th Street, N.W. 19th Street,
N.W 14th Avenue, Wagner Creek and N.W. 15th
Avenue from R-3 to R-5. This item was passed
on First Readinq April 24, 1980 after being
moved by Commissioner. Lacasn and seconded by
Commissioner Carol.lo.

2. ORDINANCE - FIRST READING
PLANNING DEPARTMENT APPLICATION
Amend Ordinance 6871 by amending Section 32 of
Article IV, GENERAL PROVISIONS, to permit
Broadcasting Towers to be located in any zoning
district, upon recommendation of the Planning
Advisory Board and approval of the City
Commission.

- NO OBJECTIONS.
3. RESOLUTION
Request by W.K.A.T. for permission to construct
a Broadcasting Tower on a portion of Biscayne Bay
north of the Julia Tuttle Causeway.
