A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED WORLD
TRADE CENTER, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF MIAMI;
AND ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS SHOWN OIN SAID PLAT;
AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE. CITY MANAGER AND
THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE PLAT, AND PROVIDING
FOR THE RECORDATION OF SAME IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS
OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City Zoning Board and the Department of Public
Works have recommended the acceptance of the plat; r
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE. CITY
OF MIAMI. FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Plat entitled "WORLD TRADE CENTER", being a
replat of AMES SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Book 13 at Page 71 and Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 28 and 29 of AMENDED
PLAT OF A PART OF FORT DALLAS PARK, according to the plat thereof,
as recorded in Plat Book 4 at Page 85, together with portions of
unplatted land, all being in the Public Records of. Dade Countv, Florida,
and lving in Section 36, Township 54 South, Range 41 East, Citv of.
Miami, Dade Countv, Florida; which by reference is made a part hereof
as if fullv incorporated herein and the dedications as shown thereon
together with all existin, and future planting, trees and shrubbery on
said property, to the vernetual use of the Public, are herebv accented
and confirmed by the Citv of Miami, Florida.
Section 2. The City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the Plat.

The Department of Public Works recommends the
approval of the plat by the City Commission of
Miami, Florida, and certifies its correctness
as to form.
The nr000sed record plat entitled WORLD TRADE CENTER is a replat of
AMES SUB. (13-71), a portion of AME14DED PLAT OF FORT DALLAS PARK,
(4-8V , together with unplatted land and having an area of
1.41_ acres. It is zoned C-3. This plat is bein0' forwarded to
your office for City Commission action.

WORLD TRADE CENTER
A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA
The accompanying plat entitled WORLD TRADE CENTER was prepared
by the Department of Public ;forks of the City of Miami, Florida.
It is in correct form for submission to the City Commission and is
forwarded with a recommendation that it be approved.
PERTINENT INFORMATION REGARDING THE PLAT:
(1) The property platted is a replat of AMES SUBDIVISION (13-71),
a portion of AID"EINDED PLAT OF DALLAS PARK (u-35), together
with portions of unplatted land and will consist of one (1)
tract having an area of 1.l11+ acres. It is coned C-3.
(2) The location of the streets and the widths conform with the
standards of the Department of Public :Forks of the City of
Miami, Florida.
(3) As certified to by William J. Rabun, Registered Land Surveyor,
this plat complies with the plat filing laws of the State of
Florida.
(4) By authority of Resolution No. adopted
the plat was recommended for acceptance by the City Planning
and Zoning Board of Miami, Florida.
(5) The attached Certificate of Title Examination dated May 14, 1980,
signed by Terr;; '. P-rc !, Asst.City Attorney, indicates
that the fee simple title to the property platted is correctly
vested in the City of Miami, and the plat has been corrected
executed by its proper officials.
(6) The area platted is not encumbered by mortgages.
(7) The location of the property is shown colored in red on the
accompanying copy of a portion of City of Miami, Florida,
Atlas Sheet No. 36.
(8) The attached form of Resolution has been prepared for the
acceptance of the plat by the City Commission of Miami, Florida.
