A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
OF FRISA CORPORATION AT A TOTAL COST OF
$2369747.00 FOR WESTERN DRAINAGE PROJECT
E-46; AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF
$5,918.68
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated July 25,
1979 between the City of Miami and Frisa Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed,
and Frisa. Corporation has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor and materials have
been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract;
and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Department of
Public Works recommend that the completed work be accepted
and final payment made to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Frisa
Corporation for WESTERN DRAINAGE PROJECT E-46 at a total
cost of $236,747.00 is hereby approved.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of
Miami are hereby authorized to pay $5,918.68 to Frisa
Corporation as full and final payment for all work performed
and all materials furnished in connection with WESTERN
DRAINAGE PROJECT E-46.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22 day of may , 1980.

Resolution for Final Payment
(For Commission Meeting
of May 22, 1980)
The Department of Public Works recommends
the adoption of the resolution accepting
the completed work and authorizing; a
final payment of $5,913.68 to Frisa
Corporation for WESTERN DRAINAGE PROJECT
E-46.
Frisa Corporation has completed the project consisting
of eonstructir,* 33 drainage structures at locations of
greatest need in an area bounded by N. W. 20 Street,
S. W. 8 Street, West 27 Avenue, and the westerly City
limits. The original contract amount was for $252,634.00,
and the completed amount is $236,747.00. It was com-
pleted on time.
It is now in order for the Commission to accept the
completed work and authorize final payment, after all
conditions are met.
