A RESOLUTIO14 ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
OF D.M.P. CORPORATION AT A TOTAL COST OF
$130,065.50 FOR ALLAPATTAH COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT PAVING PROJECT - PHA0 SE III
(BID B - DRAINAGE); AND AUTHORIZIG, A
FINAL PAY1,1_21T OF $13,205.45
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated February 2,
1980 between the City of Miami and D.M.P. Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed,
and D.M.P. Corporation has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor and materials have been
paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Department of
Public Works recommend that the completed work be accepted
and final payment made to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by D.M.P.
Corporation for ALLAPATTAH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PAVING
PROJECT - PHASE III (BID B - DRAINAGE) at a total cost of
$130,065.50 is hereby approved.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami
are hereby authorized to pay $13,205.45 to D.M.P. Corporation
as full and final payment for all work performed and all
materials furnished in connection with ALLAPATTAH COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT PAVING PROJECT - PHASE III (BID B - DRAINAGE).
PASSED AND ADOPTED this day of 1980.

The Department of Public Works recommends
the adoption of the resolution accepting
the completed work and authorizin- a final
payment of $13,2.05.45 to D.i•4.P. Corporation
for ALLAPATTAH COT-U-1UNITY DEVELOP111'EN'17' PAVING
PROJECT - PHASE III (BID 3 - DRAINAGE-).
D.M.P. Corporation has completed the projet:t consisting of
constructing a covered ditch drainage systeri in the area of
N.W. 30th Street from N.W. 24th Avenue to 11.W. 27th Avenue,
N.W. 31st Street from P1.';1. 23rd Avenue to N.'r1. 27th Avenue,
and N.W. 25th Avenue from :1.:d. 30th treet to 31st
Street. The original contract amount was for and
the completed amount is $130,065.50. It was completed on
time.
It is now in order for the Commission to accept the completed
work and authorize final payment, after all conditions are met.
