WHEREAS, the City Zoning Board and the Department of Public Works have recommended the acceptance of the plat; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT REaCLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MI)aMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Plat entitled "ALFONSO" is a subdivision of a portion of the S.E. y4 of the N.E. %v of Section 279 Township 53 South, Range 41 East, City of Miami, Dade County, Florida, which by reference is made a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein and the dedications as shown thereon together with all existing and feature planting, trees and shrubbery on said property, to the perpetual use of the public, are hereby,accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami, Florida. It is in correct form for submission to the City Commission and is forwarded with a recorlmendation that it be approved. PERTINENT INFOP'7=011 REGARDING THE PLAT: (1) The propert;, platted is a subdivision of a portion of the S. r. 1/4 of the ?d.E. 1/4 of Section 27, Township 53 S, Ranr;e 41 E, and will consist of one (1) lot zoned C-4.
