ENCLOSURES:
We have been requested by the enclosed memorandum from the
Building and Vehicle Maintenance Department to transfer
$25,000 into the Coconut Grove Exhibition Center's Inter-
governmental Services Property Maintenance account.
As there is no possible way to generate $25,000 from other
Exhibition Center accounts, we concur with Mr. Cox's suggestion
that a transfer be made from the Municipal Auditorium's budget.
We now request that your department prepare an Ordinance
appropriating $25,000 from the Municipal Auditorium's Inter-
governmental Services Property Maintenance account (410701-772)
to the Coconut Grove Exhibition Center's Intergovernmental
Services Property Maintenance account (410801-772).

ENCLOSURES;
It appears that the funds that you provided for the services of the
Property Maintenance Division for Dinner Key Exhibition Center are
inadequate for building maintenance for the remainder of fiscal year
79-80 as a result of increased usage of this facility.
I request that you transfer $25,000.00 into your Intragovernmental
Services Property Maintenance account. I suggest that you consider
transferring these funds from Bayfront Auditorium.
If you have any questions, please call me immediately.
