NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION ff OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The prima facie assessments, as apportioned ain9 indicated on the supplemental preliminary �` assessment roll for LE JEUNE GARDENS HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT C�'9 -ij in LE JEUNE GARDENS HIGHWAY II-IPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4353 are hereby, in all things, confirmed and sustained for V� any and all lots or parcels of rround described therein. Section P. The sums and amounts assessed against ..� each of the lots or I>arcels of ground in said supplemental preliminary assessment roll are less than the amount that each of said lots or parcels of ground is especially benefited by said improvement, and such assessment amounts are in proportion to the special benefits that the property received. Section 3. Any lien in LE JEUNE GARDENS HIGHWAY II.1PROVEMENT in LE JEUNE GARDENS HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4353, certified by Resolution No. 80-146, adopted February 28, 1980, for highway improvements affecting Property No. 01-3131-10-0040, is hereby cancelled and removed. Section 4. Section 4 of Resolution No. 80-146, as passed and adopted by the City Commission on February 28, 1980, is hereby repealed in its entirety. Section 5. Any pending lien in LE JEUNE GARDENS HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT in LE JEUNE GARDENS HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4353 for sanitary sewer improvements not appearing: (a) in the preliminary assessment roll, as approved and certified by said Resolution No. 80-146, or (b) In the supplemental preliminary assessment roll and not rtpproveri and certified hereby and herein, is hereby cancelled and rt�movod. - 2 - 80-484 Section 6. The action taken herein is necessary to include certain properties previously omitted from the original preliminary assessment roll and to adjust assessments on certain other lots as appearing on said original preliminary assessment roll. No. 80-146 Supplemental Preliminary Assessment Roll (For Commission Meeting of June 26, 1980) The Department of Public Works recommends the adoption of the attached resolution amending Resolution No. 80-146, which confirmed the preliminary assessment roll for LE JEUNE GARDENS HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT in Lr JEUNF. GARDENS HIGHWAY Ii.IPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4353. Construction of LE JEUI.E GARDENS HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT in LE JEUNE GARDE.IS HIGHWAY IMPROVI iP'IEIJT DISTRICT H-4353 has been complete?, and the preliminary assessment Boll for this Improvement has been presented to the Commission for confirmation. Supplemental preliminary assessment roll was made necessary due to some omisoions in the original preliminary assessment roll. A public hearing; is scheduled for June 26, 1980 to hear objections to confirmation of the supplemental assessment roll. If no objections are sustained, it will be in order for the Commission to adopt the resolution confirming; the supplemental assessment roll.
