DESIG- NATION OF SUCH INDIVIDUAL AS BEING SELECTED BY THE SANITATION EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, INC. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. HINES BREEDEN is hereby confirmed as having been selected by the Sanitation Employees Association, Inc., a certified bargaining representative of City employees, to continue to serve as a member of the City Affirmative Action Advisory Board and is hereby reappointed as a member of said Board to serve for a term ending January 24, 1932. Krause �`� ' Director Department of Human Resources June 25, 1980 Affirmative Action Advisory Board Appointment I am attaching a draft resolution providing for the reappointment of Hines Breeden to the Affirmative Action Advisory Board. We have been informed by the Sanitation Employees Association of his reappointment. Sec. 1 of Ordinance 8725 created the Affirmative Action Advisory Board and provides for the appointment of four (4) members select- ed by each certified bargaining representative of City employees.
