Dear Mayor Ferre':
I am writing you on behalf of Miami Marine Stadium Enterprises
in regard to the bidding out of additional land which joins
our present lease with the City for marine purposes.
We were going to have open bids before the Commission at the
first meeting in May but as you can see it is now approaching
the last meeting of July. We have been before the Waterfront
Board and they approved it. The City now has two appraisals
on the property.
If this is not on the agenda for the next meeting before the
Commission then I would like to request the privilege of appearing
before the Commission and requesting that this be put out for
bids as August will be the month the Commission takes their
vacations.
Thank you for your consideration.
Very truly yours,/ l
