"R ` IVE rr'}} I� p FIRM U��l�l_�i��'lE1�� WHEREAS, sealed bids were rece:Lved August 111, 1980 for FUELING FACILITY - ADDITIONAL, FUEL, TANKS (2ND BIDDIi,IG), and WIiEREAS, the City Manager reports that the $611 , 897 , 72 bid of Fl.o.rlda Pump and T'anh, Inc., base bid of the proposal, is the lowest responsible bid and recommends that a contract be awarded to said firm; and !^JFII�,RE'sAS, the Capital :Improvements Appropriation Ordinance No. 9019, as amended, was adopted on November. 8, 1979, and monies are available .for a portion of the proposed amount of the contract, project- expense, incidentals, and indirect cost in the amount of $46,000 from the account entitled "Firo Fighting, Fire Prevention and Resct.ie I'aailitles Obligation Bond Fund", as set forth under Section III, Ite:�m I3-9, of said ordinance; and WHEREAS, monies are available In the amount of' $30,209 from the Department of 13uilda.nf; a.nd Veh.lcle Maintenance 1979-19$0 I-,'iscal. The August 111, 1980 bid of Florida Pump and Tank, Inc. in the poposed amount of $64,897.72 for the project entitled FUELING FACILITY - ADDITIONAL FUEL TAIJKS (2ND BIDDING), for the base bid of the proposal, based on a lump sum price, is hereby accepted at the price stated therein to cover the cost of said contract. Section 2. The amount of $611,897-72 is hereby allocated from the accounts entitled "Fire Fighting, Fire Prevention and Rescue Facilities G.O. Rond Fund " and the "Department of Building and Vehicle Maintenance 1979-1980 Fiscal Year Budget". Section 3. The additional amount of $7,138.28 is hereby allocated .from the aforesaid funds to cover*, the cost of project expense. Section 11. The additional amount of $1,298.00 is hereby allocated from the aforesaid .funds to cover the cost, of such incidental items as advertising, testing laboratories, and postage. Section 5. The additional amount: of $2,875.00 is hereby allocated from the aforesaid funds to cover the indirect cost. Section 6.
