A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
OF P.N.M. CORPORATION AT A TOTAL COST OF
$139,700 FOR LITTLE HAVANA MINI -PARK; AND
"SUPPORTIVE AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $13,970
DOCUMENTS
FOLLOW if
OLLOW" WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated August 10,
1979 between the City of Miami and P.N.M. Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed,
and P.N.M. Corporation has .furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor and materials have been
paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Department of
Public Works recommend that the completed work be accepted
and final payment made to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by
P.N.M. Corporation .for LITTLE IiAVANA MItdI-PARK at a total
cost; of $139,700 is hereby approved.
Section ' . The proper of'f_i.cia'ls of the City of
Miami are hereby authorized to pay $13,970 to P.N.M.
Corporation as full and final payment for all work performed
and all materials furnished in connection with LITTLE HAVANA
MINI -PARK.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15 day of SEPTEMBER , 1980.

LITTLE HAVANA MINI -PARK -
Resolution for Final Payment
(For Commission Meeting
of September 15, 1980)
The Department of Public Works recommends
the adoption of the resolution accepting
the completed work and authorizing a final
payment of. ;$13,970 to P.N.M. Corporation
for LITTLE HAVA14A MINI -PARK.
P.N.M. Corporation has completed the project consisting
of the construction of facilities for a day care center,
including playground equipment on sand areas, paved
playing areas, and sodded sports areas. The work also
included construction of a paved art plaza, ramps,
steps, benches, two gartte area shelter structures with
tables and benches, irrigation, lighting, and land-
scaping. The project is located at 972 S. W. First
Street. The original contract amount was for ,$1111,500,
and the completed amount is $139,700. It was completed
on time.
It Is now in order f'or the Commission to accept the
completed work and authori;,�e final payment, after all
conditions are met.
