WHEREAS, ordinance No. 9072, adopted February 28, 1980, established a new Trust and Agency Fund entitled: "International Folk Festival"; and WHEREAS, said ordinance transferred an amount of $34,705 from the General Fund, Special Programs and Accounts, City -glide Events, to a new line - item entitled: "International Folk Festival-1980" for the purpose of estab- lishing said Trust and Agency fund; and WHEREAS, an additional amount of $27,095, raised by the Folk Fest- ival Committee in 1980, can be appropriated into said Trust and Agency Fund; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF = MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 9072, adopted February 28, 1980, is hereby amended in the following particulars:l/ "Section 1. The following Trust and Agency Funds are hereby established and resources are hereby appropriated as described herein: FUND TITLE: International Folk Festival-1980 REVENUES: Special Programs & Accounts - City -Wide Events $34,705 International Folk Festival Committee TOTAL REVENUES APPROPRIATION: International Folk Festival-1980 l/ Words and/or figures stri4en through shall be deleted. The requirement of reading this ordinance on two separate days is hereby dispensed with by a vote of not less than four -fifths of the members of the Commission. The 1980 International Folk Festival Committee has requested an increase of $27,095 in the appropriation to the International Folk Festival Trust and Agency Fund. These funds correspond to the amount raised by the Festival Committee and transmitted to the City. Said funds are needed for payment of contracted services and fees incurred during the 1980 International Folk Festival.
