AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6871,
THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE
CITY OF MIAMI, BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF LOT 1, BLOCK 1, WEST
LAWN (9-3), BEING APPROXIMATELY 230 SOUTHWEST
57TH AVENUE, FROM R-3 (LOW DENSITY MULTIPLE)
TO C-2 (COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL), AND BY MAKING
THE NECESSARY CHANGES IN THE ZONING DISTRICT
MAP MADE A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE NO. 6871,
BY REFERENCE AND DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE. III,
SECTION 2 THEREOF; CONTAINING A REPEALER
PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE,
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board at its m eting of
July 21, 1980, Item No. 2, following an advertised hearing, adopted
Resolution No, ZB 147-80 by a 7 to 0 vote reco a ding change

of zoning lassification, as herein er set f r h; and

of this m t r, de it advisable and a best interest of
the genera w lfare `f\the v of Miami and its inhabitants to
grant this a ge of onnin cla sificat n as hereinafter set forth;

Zoning Ordinanc or the Ci of M mi, be and the same is hereby
amended by changin the zo clas ifica on of Lot 1, Block 1,
WEST LAW14 (9-3) be ng approxim ely 230 Sout est 57th Avenue, from
R-3 (Low Density Mu l iple) to C-2 Community Co ercial) and by
making the necessary changes in the zoning distric map made a part
of said Ordinance No, 6871, by reference and description in Article III,
Section 2, thereof, and containing a repealer provision and a
severability clause.
Section 2. All ordinances, code sections, or parts
thereof in conflict herewith, insofar as they are in conflict are
hereby repealed.
