AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6871, THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF MIAMI, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LOTS 1 AND 2, A PORTION OF LOTS 3, 4, 5, 6 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 AND ALL OF LOT 20, BLOCK 113N; MIAMI (B-41), BEING APPROXIMATELY 2-98 NORTHWEST SECOND AVENUE, FROM R-4 (MEDIUM DENSITY MULTIPLE) AND C-4 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) TO GU (GOVERNMENTAL USE), AND BY MAKING ALL THE NECESSARY CHANGES IN THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP MADE A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE NO. 6871, BY REFERENCE AND DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE III, SECTION 2, THEREOF; BY REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, CODE SECTIONS, OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT AND CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board at its meeting of July 16, 1980, Item No 2(a), following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAB 22-80 by a 7 to 0 vote recommending a change of zoning classification as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Commission after careful consideration of this matter, deems it advisable and in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant this change of zoning classification as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Ordinance No. 6871, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami, be and the same is hereby amended by changing the zoning classification of Lots 1 and 2, a portion of Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and all of Lot 20; Block 11314; MIAMI (B-41), being approximately 2-98 Northwest Second Avenue, from R-4 (Medium Density Multiple) and C-4 (General Commercial) to GU (Governmental Use) district and by making the necessary changes in the zoning district map made a part of said Ordinance No. 6871, by reference and description in Article III, Section 2, thereof.
