The Board will consider 1919 N.W. 5th Place, Miami, Florida 33136 authorizing the City Attorney to proceed with legal action, if necessary, against residential tenant of the Town Park Plaza North Condominium Association, Inc., located at 1919 N.W. 5th Place, Miami, Florida 33136 (the "Property"). To regain access to the SEOPW CRA owned Property and seek any other legal remedies ("Purpose"). In accordance with the SEOPW CRA 2018 Redevelopment Plan Update ("Plan") and Florida Statutel 163, the Board will consider authorizing the City Attorney to proceed with legal action, if necessary, against residential tenant of the Town Park Plaza North Condominium Association, Inc., located at 1919 N.W. 5th Place, Miami, Florida 33136 (the "Property").
