AN ORDINANCE DEFINING AND DESIGNATING THE TERRITORIAL LIMITS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI FOR THE PURPOSE OF TAXATION; FIXING THE MILLAGE AND LEVYING TAXES IN THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1980, AND ENDING SEPETEMBER 30, 1981; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
