ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE DEFINING AND DESIGNATING
THE TERRITORIAL LIMITS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI FOR
THE PURPOSE OF TAXATION; FIXING THE MILLAGE AND
LEVYING TAXES IN THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1980, AND
ENDING SEPETEMBER 30, 1981; CONTAINING A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the City of Fliami estimates that the nonexempt aggregate
valuation of taxable property, both real and personal in � Ci vbf Miami,

with its extended territorial limits as set forth in the paragraphs prefatory
hereto.
Section 2. There shall be and hereby are levied upon the
nonexempt assessed value of all property, both real and personal, in the City
of Miami as &scribed in Section 1 hereof, taxes at the rate shown below for
the fiscal yea beginning October 1, 1980, and ending September 30, 1981, for
the following purposes:
(a) A tax of 8.610 mil
