I am requesting to meet before the City Commission oil behalf of the
Miami -Dade Chamber of Commerce at your next Commission meeting scheduled
for Thursday, October 9, 1.980.
My presentation will be a Resolution request to insure greater participation
of Black developers in the development, ownership, and management of
government subsidized housing in the City of Miami, Florida.
As you are aware, Black developers on an average do not presatAly have
adequate participation in the area as mentioned above, and it is the
feeling of the Miami -Dade Chamber that we should begin to expand those
opportunities for Black developers.
Than: you in advance for your cooperation.
Sincerely,_ y
