Resolution No. 37384, which granted nermission at 1523 and 1529 Southwest Third Street .for a variance .for a dnvtime operation only of. a Children's Day Nursery, be and the same is hereby amended as follows: That the number of children to be regulated by the State Welfare Board is not to exceed 35 per lot; subject to a one year review. RECOMMENDATIONS PLANNING DEPT. APPROVAL OF THE INCREASE FROM 20 TO 35 CHILDREN PER LOT. Although the Department's recommendation in 1965 was for denial of the requested variances, the children's nursery does not appear to have adversely affected the neighborhood since it was approved in 1966. The proposed increase in the number of children will not significantly change the facility's impact on the neighborhood since adequate playground area (115 sq.ft. per child) and -screening will be provided, PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT No dedications. D.O.T.T. If there are no traffic related objections from the neighbors the D.O.T.T. has no objection to this proposal.
