Dear Ms: Eisenberg:
This is a followup to our conversation regarding your brganiza-
tion's request of cash assistance from the City of Miami for your
annual Oktoberfest. I have received your budget which appears to
identify the anticipated expenditures but neglects to show your
anticipated revenue.
In order for the City Manager to make a recommendation to the City
Commission and in accordance with City Commission Policy 100-4
(copy attached), a complete and detailed budget is requested.
This budget should show sources and amounts of anticipated revenue
as well as categories and amounts of planned expenditures. Once
we have received such a budget, a proper recommendation can be
made to the City Commission.
As we discussed this morning it is now too late for your item „to
appear'on the October 9th City Commission meeting. The next
meeting will be held on October 23, 1980, Please send the
requested material to me as soon as possible.
Sincerely,
Anggi R, llamy

The Third Annual Oktoberfest sponsored by the Little River Commerce
