LS ENCLO:;URFS It is requested that the Commission establish January 8, 1981 as the date of the Development of Regional Im- pact public hearing for the Southeast Bank Financial Center, per the attached resolution. Per Chapter 380.06 F.S., local government is required to set a date certain and to give public notice 60 dayn in ad- vance of a required public hearing on an Application for Devel- opment Approval of a Development cf Regional Impact, prior to issuing a Development Order. By letter of October 30, 19SO (attached) the South Florida Regional Plann Q4 Council stated that the Southeast Bank Finan- cial. Center Application for Development Approval contained suf- ficient information for their review and would be tentatively scheduled on the Council agenda of December 1, 1050. Fur- ther, the letter stated that the Development. of Regional Impact public hearing must he set at the next scheduled meeting of the Commission and advertised at least_ GO days in advance of the hearing, per Chanter 38O.OG F.5. It is requested that the Commission consider the setting of the hearing date attheir meeting of November G, 1980, and establish January 8, 1981 as the Development of Regional Impact public blearing elate for the Southeast Bank Financial Center project, which would alloy for the required GO day public notice.
