DOCUPAPFf�I FOLLOW„ WHEREAS, Section 380.06 Florida Statutes "Florida Land and Water Environmental Management Act" requires local government to establish a date certain, and give public notice, for a local public hearing on an Application for Development Approval for a Development of Regional Impact prior to issuing a Development Order; and WHEREAS, by letter of October 30, 1980, the South Florida Regional Planning Council. has notified the City of ?Miami that the Application for Development Approval contains sufficient information for their rc,vi(,%v and that a local public hearing could be scheduled for the 'Miami Center II - DuPont Plaza project, a. Development of Regional Impact, to be located in DuPont Plaza in downtown Miami: and WHEREAS, Section 380.06 Florida Statutes requires local government to set a public hearing date at its next scheduled meeting after the receipt of such a letter and to give at least sixty (60) days notice of the hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. A public hearing shall be held at 2:30 PM, January 8, 1981; or at a reconvened meeting, in City Com- mission Chambers, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133 concerning issuance of a Development Order for the Miami Center II - "DOCUMENT IND X ITEM NO. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to immediately send certified copies of this Resolu- tion to the Florida Department of Community Affairs, Division of Local Resource Management, 2571 Executive Center Circle East, Tallahassee, Florida 32301; and to the South Florida Regional Planning Council, 1515 NW 167th Street, Suite 429, Miami, Florida 33169. Per Chapter 380.06 F.S., local government is required to set a date certain and to give public notice 60 days in advance of a required public hearing on an Application for Development Approval of a Development of Regional Impact, prior to issuing a Development Order.
