_ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute the attached contractual agreement with the Little
River Commerce Association, Inc. for an amount not to exceed
$50,000, for the purpose of implementing a Neighborhood Economic
Development Program, in the Edison -Little River CD Target Area
with funds allocated therefor from the Sixth Year Community
Development Block Grant.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6 day of November 1980.

This Resolution formalizes the City Commission's decision to
provide funding in the amount of $50,000 to the Little River
Commerce Association, Inc. at the meeting of September 15, 1980.

4.2 METHOD OF PAY • ENT
Upon execution of this Agreement and with a written request
from the Contractor, the City shall advance (1/6) of the
appropriated funds to the Contractor. All payments shall
be reimbursements for expenditures incurred only in con-

Reimbursement requests shall be _submitted no layer than

lowing the e.-piration date.

To be olicliblo for reimbursement for personnel costs, the ;
Contractor sh.-ill. .submit to the City for approval, in ac-
cordance rjith D-par.tment of Labor quidelines, a detailed "--
statement of the personnel policies of the Contractor.
Such a statement shall include pj,y schedules, work hours,
fringe benefits, job description_;, as well as work history
and qualifications for those emp:.oyees who will discharge
