Monroe Marine Stadium be leased to
Marine Stadium Enterprises, Inc.
- on October 30, 19CO3 the City Commission, b, motion 80-785 authorized the City
Mananer to commence negotiations ..;ith '•lar.ine Stadium Enterprises, Inc., for the
lease and operation of rid Parcel B at '•larine Stadium. The parcel will be used
for boat trailer and boat rack storage, minor marine repairs, and the sale of
marine fuel.
The term of the lease will be for thirteen v ears with no option for renewal.
By allo,.aincr a period of thirteen years, the lease of this parcel will run
concurrent with the other lease held by Marine Stadium Enterprises, Inc., at
the Marine Stadium.
