This is to request that the 1980 Kwanza,Festival be placed
on the December 17, 1980 Commission agenda as a brief dis-
cussion item, so that the Commission can be informed as '
to the schedule of events and overall status of the festival.
The presentation will be made by Akua L. Olu, Project Director
