OrItlinance No. 6871, The Comprehensive Zoning 4 �F Ordinance for the ,Citv of -Miami, be and the same is herebv amended by changing the zoning classification of Block 5; COPPITIGERS TROPICAL GARDENS (16-52), being approximately 1901 Northwest South River Drive, from C-4 (General Commercial) C-4 (Mediurn. Density Multiple) District, and by making the necessary changes in the zonin¢ district man made a part of said Ordinance No. 6871, by reference and description in Article III, Section 2, thereof. Section 2. That all laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby renealed as they are in conflict. Section 3. Should any part or provision of this Ordinance be declared by a court of competent ,jurisdiction to he invalid, the • same shall not affect the validity of the Ordinance as a whole.
