COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF MIAMI, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LOTS 11, 12, 13 AND 14; BLOCY 5; GLENCOE SUB (5-119), BEING APPROXIMATELY 1642-60 SOUTH BAYSHORI. COURT, FROM R-3 (LOW DENSITY ITULTIPLF.) TO R-4 (MEDIUM DENSITY MULTIPLE DWFLLING) DISTRICT, AND BY MAKI14G THE NECESSARY CHANGES IN THE 7.ONING DISTRICT MAP MADE A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE NO. 6871, BY REFERENCE AND DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE. III, SECTION 2, THEREOF; BY REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, CODE SECTIONS OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT AND C014TAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board at its meeting of November 17, 1980, Item No. 5, following an advertised hearing adopted Resolution No. ZB 217-80 by a 7 to 0 vote recommending a change of zoning classification, , as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Commission after careful consideration of this matter, deems it advisable and in the best interest of the general Kelfare -of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant this change of zoning classification as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COTTIIISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,'FLORIDA: Section 1. Ordinance No. 6871, The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami, be,and the same is hereby amended by changing the zoning classification of Lots 11, 12, 13 and 14; Block 5; GLENCOE SUB (5-119), being approximately 1642-60 South Bayshore Court, from R-3 (Low Density Yultinle) to R.-4 (Medium Density Dwelling) District, and by making the necessary changes in the zoning district map made a part of said Ordinance No. 6871, by reference and description in Article III, Section 2, thereof.. Section 2. That all laws or narts of laws in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed as they are in conflict. Section 3.
