CONCERNING THE INCA BAR WHICH TS LOCATED AT 757 WEST FLAGLER ST.
THIS BAR IS OPEN FROM 12;'00 A.M TO 4:00 A.M.,.
THE CROWD WHO GOES TO THIS BAR DRINK OUTSIDE ON THE SIDEPIALK,
DISTURB AND HARASS PEOPLE PASSING BY, THROW EMPTY BOTTLES ON THF
BACK DRIVEWAY A"Tn USE IT AS A BATHFnom FACILITY.
THERE HAS BEEN GASOLINE AND BATTERIES STOLEN, ALMOST EVERYDAY
THEIR IS A FIGHT O". A DISTURBANCE OUTSIDE THE BAR.
