Fosmoen I f Thank you so much for your kindness in considering the donation of your two lots to the City of Miami. The City would be pleased to accept these lots with the understanding that they would be used as in -fill housing sites for the City's Community Development Housing Program. This donation would enable the area to upgrade its housing stock which is in critical need of improvement. a Other uses were considered for the lots primarily as a tot lot or neighborhood mini park. This idea was not feasible because the City already owns a large Park across the street which is presently being upgraded. Additionally the proximity to adjacent houses and attendant noise and maintenance problems further com- plicated the mini park proposal. I sincerely hope that you will donate these parcels to the City's housing proaram and look forward to hearing your response to - this proposal. — e Sincerely, 1 _ .. .i Richard L.
