BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COT`MISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMIi
FLORIDA.,
Section 1. Funds not to exceed $30,000 are hereby
allocated from the Citv's Self -Insurance Trust Fund as
payment of additional compensation to the law firm of
Paul, Landy, Beiley and liarper for the continued repre-
sentation of the City in the case of Leonard Cates v.
Citv of :Miami.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17 day of December
1980.

It is recommended that the -attached
Resolution he passed. This Resolution
extends our Professional Services Agree—
ment by the amount of 830,000, for the
law firm of Paul., Landv,Beilev, & Harpe ?,
who represents the city in the Gates vs
City of Miami litigation.
The law firm of Paul, Landy, Beiley, & Harper has been engaged
to represent the city in the Gates vs the City of Miami case.
At this time, it is estimated that their original agreement which
was in the amount of S60,000 be extended by $30,000, to ccver
additinal costs.
