PLANNING DEPARTZ ENT PRIOR TO ANY CLOSIrTC, OF
THE SEVENTH STREET BRIDGE.
jIIEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board at its meeting
of November 5, 1980, Item No. 2, following an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No. PAB 31-80 by a 7 to 0 vote recommending
approval in principle of the Culmer Transit Station Area Plan
as hereinafter set forth; and
WHLE.REAS, the City Commission deems it advisable and in
the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami
and its inhabitants to recommend said studv;
NOW, TEEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAP'I , FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Culmer Transit Station Area Plan, an
ancillary study to the Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan,
concerning the area in immediate proximity to the Culmer 'Transit
Station at Northwest Seventh Avenue and Northwest Eleventh Street
is approved in principle with the condition that neighbors in
immediate area of the Seventh Street Bridge be consulted by the
Planning Department prior to any closing of the Seventh Street
Bridge.
PASSED AND ADOPTFD this 17 day of December 1980.
