RECOMMENDATIONS
PLANNING DEPT. APPROVAL. The proposed change of zoning from C-4 and C-2
to C-3 is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Neighbor-
hood Plan which designates the subject site for special
uses. The site's location makes it an ideal condidate for
uses which are transitional to downtown and to the proposed
Parkwest Newton-Intown. C-3 zoning will allow such
development to take place.
PUBLIC WORKS Deification cannot be requested.
D.O.T.T. Has no objection to this proposal.
ZONING BOARD RECOMMENDED APPROVAL 7-0 on September 22,1980.
