HomeMy WebLinkAboutO-09212TVP/rr 12/17/80 ORDINANCE NO. 9 2 1 2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 62-62 ENTITLED: "REQUEST FOR REVIEW" OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA (1980), AS AMENDED, BY PRO- VIDING FOR A RESCHEDULING FEE FOR ZONING ITEMS RESCHEDULED BEFORE THE CITY COMMISSION BASED ON THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE, NOT TO EXCEED FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00), SUCH FEE TO BE PAID BY APPLICANT; CONTAINING A REPEALER PRO- VISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. WHEREAS, the City Commission wishes to establish guide- lines for the rescheduling of zoning items before the Commis - Sion, and to provide a fee schedule to cover the administra- tive costs involved in same; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Section 62-62 entitled: "Request for Review." of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida (1980), as amended, is hereby amended in the following particulars: 1/ "Section. 62-62 Request for Review All requests for review of decisions of the zoning board . . . Zoning items scheduled to be heard by the City Commission can be withdrawn, deferred rescheduled or denied as set forth by City commission -policy. Items rescheduled be - Tore -the City Commission shall a assessed a rescheduling fee based on the original fee, not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00),such fee to be by the applicant._" Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances insofar as they are inconsistent or in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. 1/ Asterisks indicate omitted and unchanged material.
