The term shall expire June 30, 1984. Background Daniel Gill's term as a member of the DDA Board expired June 30, 1980. Mr. Gill has served two (2) full four year terms and is ineligible for further service at this time. The Board of Directors of the Downtown Development Authority at their regular December ineeti ng on December 5, 1980, voted to fill the vacancy created by Mr. Gill's departure with Thomas Post. Mr. Post fulfills the necessary requirements for DDA Board membership.
