AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE OBSTRUCTION OF FREE PASSAGE OVER, ON, OR ALONG STREETS OR SIDEWALKS AFTER REQUEST BY A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER TO CEASE SUCH OBSTRUCTING; FURTHER, PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES; CONTAINING A REPEAL- ER PROVISION AND A SF.VERABILITY CLAUSE; AND DISPENSING WITH THE REQUIREMENT OF READING SAME ON TWO SEPARATE DAYS BY A VOTE OF NOT LESS THAN FOUR -FIFTHS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1.
